Tony is the sole proprietor and manager at Potestio Law. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario's prestigious law program and has been a member of the Upper Canada Law Society since 1984. Tony has over 25 years of experience in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation claims. His practice focuses primarily on serious personal injury claims. He has extensive experience handling mediations, arbitrations and trials.

Tony has successfully argued cases in the Ontario Court of Appeal, The Superior Court of Justice, The Divisional Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, The Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal and both the Arbitration and Directorial Delegate Level of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Through Tony's guidance, leadership and vision, Potestio Law Firm has founded multiple locations throughout Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan and Thunder Bay. He has handpicked a team of litigators and support staff with the knowledge and skill to win or settle your case for more.

When he is not working on his client's behalf, Tony can be found lecturing at Lakehead University. He is a proud supporter of many community initiatives and loves to spend time with his wife and children.
