As a child of Italian immigrant parents, Tony was taught the value of service and respect for others. These values formed an ideal foundation for his career in Law.
After graduating with a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Tony returned to Thunder Bay where he has continued to practice law for over 35 years. In the early 2000's, Tony also expanded his practice to Southern Ontario where has practiced law both in Vaughan and Toronto for the past 20 years.
Tony's passion for “helping the underdog” led to his first major Trial decision in 1996 when he was lead counsel on the first case to successfully challenge the “Threshold" in Ontario. Tony successfully defended the trial decision at the Ontario Court of Appeal. The decision remains the leading precedent in helping Ontario accident victims to this day.
Over the course of his career Tony has had the privilege of representing many clients in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. View some of his case results here.
Tony enjoys spending his leisure time with his family, skiing in Collingwood, and taking advantage of the great outdoors in Northwestern Ontario. He is also a strong supporter of many community charitable organizations.
