ONTARIO COURT OF APPEAL
Recently Tony and Tim were in the ONTARIO COURT OF APPEAL to defend against the appeal from an insurance in which the two lawyers won on behalf of their client. The following list displays some of the case facts
- The plaintiff sustained injuries from the result of an auto accident
- The plaintiff had a prior history of personal and drug-related problems
- The injury to the brain of the plaintiff was considered to be catastrophic
- Tony and Tim were able to present substantial facts that resulted in the judge rendering a verdict in favour of the plaintiff in the Thunder Bay Court House
