First, some basic questions:

1. What caused the injury
2. Was it an auto accident
3. Was it a slip and fall
4. A bus, train or plane accidents
5. Did it  involve malpractice by a doctor, dentist, lawyer, accountant or other professional?
6. Did somebody defame you, with slander or libel?
7. Was the injury caused by an intentional act?
8. Where did the accident occur?
